REGISTRATION & ACCOMMODATION

REGISTRATION INFORMATION

• 20% VAT will be added to the registration fees.
• Everyone wishing to attend congress scientific meetings as an accompanying person or product representative is required to register.
• The registration fee includes participation in scientific activities, entrance to exhibition areas, badge, certificate of attendance, and congress materials.
• For all payments delayed or not made on time following the congress date, a 10% monthly surcharge will be added and reflected to you, as announced in the budgets and on the website.

COURSE REGISTRATION INFORMATION

• Each course has a quota of 20 participants.
• VAT is not included in the course registration fee. The VAT rate is 20%.

ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION

• Accommodation rates are 2-night packages on a bed & breakfast basis. (Check-in from 14:00 on June 4, 2027, and check-out by 12:00 on June 6, 2027)
• 1% accommodation tax is included in the rates. 10% VAT will be added to the accommodation fee.
• Payments will be based on the CBRT (Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey) Effective Foreign Exchange Selling Rate on the date of hotel check-in.
• Room allocation will be made according to application order and payment dates.
• For all payments delayed or not made on time following the congress date, a 10% surcharge will be added and reflected to you, as announced in the budgets and on the website.

Registration Cancellation Policy:

• Registration cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Topkon Congress and Event Services.
• For cancellation requests submitted before March 1, 2027, 50% of the paid registration fee will be refunded.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after March 1, 2027. Only name changes will be accepted after this date.

TRANSFER INFORMATION

• Round-trip transfer fee per person applies to transfer requests between the Hotel and Istanbul Airport.
• 20% VAT will be added to the transfer fee.
• For private transfer requests, please contact Topkon Tourism.
• To avoid any disruptions in transfer services, flight details and contact numbers of guests must be submitted in writing to the congress secretariat at least 7 days in advance.
